Mr. Mahmoud Fathy Mahmoud Kotb

He has over 8 years of experience  as  Legal Researcher for all the Cases before Dubai Courts and Federal Courts ( including Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi, etc.)

His skills and expertise Registration of cases, do the needful procedures for the Court and Submit electronic filings and application before the Court.

His works include to Register New Cases before Dubai and Federal Court. he also handles enforcement procedures before the Court for both Civil and Criminal. He manages Court sessions, liaise with the Court Departments. He also manages the Criminal cases and Procedures at the Police Station and Public Prosecution.  He follows the expert meetings and necessary documents  for the witness and co-ordinate with the Court appointed Expert.

At present he is a legal Researcher  in Maryam Al Yassi Advocates and Legal Consultants.
